This report contains a review of the toxic and asphyxiating hazards of clean agent fire extinguishants developed for use in fixed total flooding systems and replacements for Halon 1301. The agents reviewed were CEA 410, FE13, FM200, INERGEN, ARGONITE, ARGOTEC.
